    To whom it concerns,

I live in the Surrey Newton area for about the last 15 years. I understand that the Boundary Commission has the mandate to ensure that the representation of constituencies by MLAs remains equitable and effective in all areas of the province. The City of Surrey is one the fast growing communities in the Province and therefore the Commission has proposed a new constituency for Surrey to ensure effective representation in the Legislature. I thank the commission for giving us one more MLA. It is understandable that once you add one more electoral district it will cause changes to the exiting boundaries of all other electoral district to rebalance the population. I really appreciate the Commission for doing an excellent job with an objective eye to "maintain communities of interest to the extent possible". In my view, the Commission has done a super job to accomplish this goal.

Therefore, I strongly support the findings of the preliminary report. In my view, the Commission does not need to make any further changes. You have my full support to finalize this report.
