    Dear Boundary Commission:
I am pleased to know that the Boundary Commission has proposed moving my residence from Newton to Fleetwood for the purpose of election 2017. I think moving boundaries of electoral districts and keeping the impacted population happy after changes are the two most difficult tasks for the Boundary Commission. In my view, the Boundary Commission has done an outstanding job this time with regard to the City of Surrey.

I would like to underline that the Boundary Commission has rightfully added one more electoral district to the City and subsequently made changes to boundaries very carefully. I would like to emphasize the fact that proposed boundary changes for the city of Surrey are based on objectivity to accomplish fair distribution of population. In other words, changes have been made based on numbers rather than based on political consideration as it happened in the past. Therefore, as a long-time resident of Surrey, I whole-heartedly support the boundary commission’s preliminary report for the city of Surrey.
In particular, I am really happy to move from Newton to Fleetwood because we have easy access to Fleetwood area for shopping, leisure & fitness activities. If there is any change that the Commission needs to consider that is moving Fleetwood Park back to Fleetwood.
I hope the Commission will approve the Surrey proposal without any major changes.
